"I initially received the watch and the stopwatch function did not work properly. Watchmaxx took the watch back and sent me a prepaid label, with no questions asked. They did not have an exact replacement. I asked to be put in touch with the technician who evaluated the watch upon return who said the watch was functioning properly after completely winding the watch. I have many automatic watches but apparently I had not fully wound this automatic watch despite all other funtions working properly. I then asked to have the watch shipped back to me, which they did at no additional charge. The watch functions perfectly and I am thrilled to have it. Watchmaxx has earned a customer for life! I will purchase my next watch from Watchmaxx."
