"Wayfair has done a great job resolving problems. I recently ordered 2 bedside tables. They came well packed with no damage but one was missing the needed hardware. I called Wayfair Customer Service and they were pleasant, friendly, helpful, and apologetic. I received the needed hardware in 4 days. Same with a jewelry armoire. It was again wll packed but the mirror was broken. I called Wayfair and they resolved the issue right away. I received a replacement within 5 days. Number 3 issue...I ordered a Christmas decoration last April, it was on sale and a great deal. Since it was Spring I just put it unopened with my other decorations. When I opened it a couple of days ago it turned out to be the wrong item. I contacted customer service and the correct item is on it's way, 8 months later. Not many companies would correct an issue like this. I would have been told, tough luck because you didn't open it right away in April. Too bad! Wayfair corrected it! I love Wayfair! "

"I've purchased several items from Wayfair within the last few months and was totally happy with all of them except one. I bought a yellow desk for a bedroom and wanted to get a night stand to match. I found a yellow night stand that looked like it would match the desk but when it arrived it was more of an orange color. So I called Wayfair and told Sean my dilemma. He suggested that I have Lowe's match the paint and then Wayfair would deduct the cost of the paint from my account. So that's what I did. My husband painted the night stand and it matches perfectly with the desk. So happy! The Wayfair reps. are so accommodating and willing to help in any way they can.
