"The worst! Wayfair has the absolute worst customer service. They will not help you, or even try to resolve an issue. Wayfair has nice products, but terrible customer service. Try to find the items that you want at another retailer. I will NEVER purchase another item from them."
"Price dropped $300 2 hours after I made purchase and wayfair would not honor sale price. So I am returning item for a full refund, re-buying same grill at Walmart for the sale price.
So wayfair has shipping costs, will have to sell the returned grill at the sale price, and loses a customer.
Remind me how this makes sense????"
"Kristine only can do what wayfair allows, her patience was great but however The Tech wayfair sent to our home was very unprofessional _ arrogant & disrespectful & refused to carry the boxes to our bedrooms, knowing we were disabled, we order the white glove service, which they charged us twice for the bed installation, but yet the tech they had sent made it very clear rudely that, taking boxes to the rooms is not his responsibility. Heartless!
How else can you serve those who are elderly & disbledwhen it comes to this white glove service, something so simple, he wouldn't do. Wayfair did nothing to compensate our frustrations as disabled veterans at all, they just rescheduled us 2 days later, and told us to call them before tech arrives, and they'll tell the tech to move boxes to location. How inconvenient!
We spent 1017.00 for a complete horrible and heartless experience. Shame on wayfair and this particular tech."
"Very low quality furniture very cheap.
Wayfair is for the cheap a** People spend a few extra dollars and you'll never have to buy furniture again. First.
The last time from wayfair. They send you the wrong s***The people who work for wayfair are incompetent"
"Wayfair is incredibly vile. There is a reason Wayfair will never be able to compete with Amazon. This heavily due to its customer service. I can't think of a single company that would behave the way Wayfair has.
I placed an order for 2 sets of night stands. I immediately noticed the order had my old address. Right away, I used the "update address" option. I was confident this worked. The next day, I got a notification that my order shipped to the wrong address.
I contacted Wayfair and they informed me that I should be able to contact FedEx to change the address. I contacted FedEx and they informed me that I needed to have the shipper make the update.
Next, I contacted Wayfair once again. Wayfair instructed me to call back the next day when a supervisor is present. The reason I was given was that a supervisor could contact FedEx. I contacted Wayfair hoping for a supervisor the following day.
Then, I was informed this was not an option at all. Wayfair instructed me that I should go to my old address and pick up the items or place a hold on the items and pick them up. Sidenote, placing a hold wouldn't work because my ID would need to match the address for pick up.
Anyway, I tried my hand at explaining the situation to the person who runs their Facebook account. They informed me that it "wouldn't be hard" to lift the 4 packages each weighing 65 pounds and load them into a car, if I have another person.
There are so many things wrong with telling me it shouldn't be hard to lift things. The biggest problem is that this was an extremely ableist comment. I guess the business is only accessible to able bodied people.
This served as a reminder that I can't do some of the same things because I have cancer. I confronted the person I spoke to on messenger about their response. The resolution was FINALY to have the product returned to the warehouse AND repurchase at a higher price.

"I purchased a pair of Asul Armchairs with Nailhead Trim at $213/chair this month. I needed a couple of chairs with some colors for the living room. This price is supposedly a highly discounted price from their retail price ($599/chair) as Wayfair claims. There price varies between $200 to $250/chair on different day.
My Experience: I opened one box and repacked back. Did not open the second box.
1. Product has no workman ship, has extremely poor quality and is an ugly piece of furniture not worth to buy even at a fraction of the price I paid. It is made in China.
2. Once you look on their site and give your phone number and email, they will send you messages and emails incessantly day and night.
3. The site does not mention that they will charge a hefty fee for returning. I paid ~$79 for returning. I had to take it back to FedEx facility
4. When I took the two chairs to FedEx, first thing the person at the counter said, are you Wayfair furniture?
In nut shell this company sells very poor-quality stuff, and does not disclose return policy properly. One should not fall for their incessant bombarding of advertisement and take over your phone and PC.

"Wayfair waits for vendors to approve any cancellations, which is not fair to the customer who is purchasing through Wayfair. Customers don't know what the vendor situation is, it could be that the vendor does not have the product in stock that the customer has purchased, yet Wayfair will still confirm the purchase. But when the item takes too long to ship, or the vendor never confirms that the item is available, Wayfair leaves it to the vendor to confirm any cancellations by the customer. This is not fair, as the customer is trusting Wayfair has vetted their vendors and the vendors have given availability information to Wayfair. My advise, if the item shows shipping more than 5 days after the purchase, the vendor probably does not have the item, and it's possible that Wayfair doesn't know when the item will ship."
"Horrible customer experience, worst buying experience, I should have stayed with Amazon. Will never buy from Wayfair again. "
"Any Person in charge to decide my case.
I request that Wayfair make the honor of my purchase which was paid, Wayfair cancelled this written contract and the price was increased on your web page.
A store cannot legally raise the price of an item once you have paid for it. If the store accepted a check, cash, or placed a charge on a customer’s credit card, this is considered a completed written contract, regardless of whether the item has been delivered or picked up and whether or it is not actually in the customer’s possession.
I reviewed the Online Archive of NAD (National Advertising Division). The cancelation looks like price gouging (Wayfair increased by almost $1400). Anyone who has been the victim of price gouging, or who has information regarding potential price gouging, is encouraged to immediately file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office by going to the Attorney General's website.
(Wayfair can find information on URL files of the DayDream 3500L Ensemble 6-Person 35-Jet Hot Tub with Spa Accessories, powered By Jacuzzi Pumps by AquaRest Spas, powered by Jacuzzi pumps)
Again and Please, make honor of my purchase. Waiting for your reply, with my attention;
Manuel

"Horrible products! Horrible customer service! First one lamp came the wrong model. I had to return it. They sent another one that came in a broken box and missing parts. Called again and because I called after the 30 days they refused to do anything about it. Completely inflexible!! Send the right stuss, and not broken items so people don't have to return them! I am not a home maker and I opening boxes is not a priority. You should have flexibility with customers especially when is your damned fault!"
"I made an Order with Wayfair for a present, the next morning I got an email that Wayfair had cancelled my Order due to their company's algorithum for deciding if my credit card was valid. I called the company number and a sales person answered, I had to give all the information again for the order, which they stated they would have to go through their billing department as it was rejected the first time so I had to go back on the site to order again, now the price was up by $20 from the night before, but they (the site) gave me a 10% discount, I went through all the ordering steps, and GUESS what, they did not give me the discount, so due to their error I ended up paying over $20 more. I would NOT Have done this but this was a gift my niece specifically asked me to get. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN."
"Ordered an accordion door - came in damaged ! They shipped me a replacement, that one also showed up damaged !!!! Nothing but headaches - they need to evaluate their FedEx carriers, packers or whatever because I'm never gonna order thru them again --- Amazon has it together and they're cheaper for the same stuff ! Thanks for wasting 3 weeks of back/ forth and my time !!!"
"Tell me, if you bought a car advertised with a certain size tire, would you be satisfied to find you got a smaller size tire? That is what Wayfair has done; I purchased an $80.00 set rocking chair cushions only to find that the seat cushion is at least shorter than advertised. This might be okay if it was the back cushion, but the seat cushion needs to fit the seat to be comfortable. According to the Wayfair site, I have the option of returning the cushions for a shipping fee. I do not understand why I must cover the shipping cost when it is clear that Wayfair overstated the size of the cushions. I will be returning the cushions, but believe me, Wayfair doesn't have what I need and I will not recommend Wayfair to anyone. Their form of business practice is exactly why brick and mortar will never die. Their business plan is to sell stuff and hope that the customer will be satisfied with what they get no matter the inconvenience."
"I purchased a stove on 9/10/23 On 9/19/23 I checked on the tracking and found out Wayfair canceled my order After trying to get an answer from them I finally got someone who told me that the ad that Wayfair placed was a "mistake" so they canceled it No one from Wayfair ever contacted me I only found out from trying to track it I assumed that Wayfair was a good company and would still give me my order that I paid for since they posted the ad but I was wrong Wayfair is a very bad company They sent me a link to buy the same type of stove but my order was $660 the cheapest one they sent me to was over $3,800 Do NOT buy from Wayfair!!!"
"Awful customer service and products. Several times I have bought items that came damaged and broke shortly after. When called to complain, they simply couldn’t do anything. It was my fault for not buying an extended warranty apparently. It’s like they know their products won’t last. I’ve worked in customer service for 13 years and this is the worst service I’ve ever encountered. Be careful what you buy. Very cheap stuff! I won’t be purchasing from Wayfair again."
