"I ordered 2 lamps for my living room that were just perfect! I got the first one opened, bulb in, and shade on and loved it! The 2nd one had broken pieces around the top (of a pineapple) as well as the finial. I was so disappointed because I knew that I needed two. But one call to Wayfair, and within 3 minutes, the 2nd one was on its way to me. They told me to donate it or use the shade if I could- don’t bother sending pictures. Love, love, love Wayfair!
