"The delivery company you used was unreliable, rude, and never delivered the furniture. We ordered and paid for white glove delivery. The delivery company “Dependable Express”, were neither dependable or express. The first delivery date was delayed, then around 6:30 that evening they called to say the truck broke down. We understand things happen so that was okay. The driver told us they were working extra crews (this was the week before Christmas), and to.d us they would deliver on Saturday, two days later. They never showed nor called. When I called after staying home all day, they told us they only deliver once a week and it would be the next Wednesday. The following Wednesday we stayed home and called multiple times throughout the day for updates. They would only say that the driver would call 30 minutes before he got here. Finally at 6:00 we left for dinner. They never showed or called. At this point we called Wayfair to cancel our order.
The following Wednesday they called us to schedule delivery and we told them we had cancelled the order they were very rude to us and lied about an attempted delivery.
I would not order anything from anyone that uses this company. "
