"When I placed the order there was a glitch in the system which took the customer service agent 50+ minutes to resolve. Then when I received the package only one of the 2 items ordered was there. I called the following day and spent another 20+ minutes on hold only to be told that a manager would have to take a look at it the following day. In the 2 weeks following that call never received any communication back. I called again today and had to spend 25+ minutes on hold while the issue was reviewed. I was told the item had been reshipped but must have been lost in transit. They are reshipping again. That adds up to nearly 2 hours of my time. If you order online and don't have any issues, it's great. But if there are issues, be prepared to wait. "
