Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" ****. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere."

Our system shows your order was placed for the spherical Biofinity lenses, however the prescription you provided was for Biofinity Toric lenses. You were emailed on March 21st at 9:45am EST that your order was incorrect and we needed your permission to correct the order to match your prescription. You were also advised that you would owe an additional amount as the brand you were prescribed was more expensive than the incorrect brand you placed your order for. The email was sent to the email address you used to place the order. If you did not receive it to your inbox it may have gone to spam. You were sent follow up emails on March 22nd at 10:08am EST, March 24th at 11:11am EST and March 27th at 12:12pm EST. We do show one missed call from you on March 26th at 11:10pm EST. As the office closes at 5pm EST your call would have been returned the following day on the 27th. However as no voicemail was left our processing department did not flag it for a follow up call. In the future we would recommend leaving a voicemail so the customer service team is best able to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!
