No too happy

"I called and ordered my contacts on a Wednesday and were told they were in stock yet they were not shipped until Monday!!!not too happy when I have been waiting to get them, will probably look around next time I need contacts!!!"

Best Place To Buy Contacts

"I have often had trouble finding somewhere to get good prices on contacts. I have terrible vision so it always costs me a TON for eye care. Looking to find a way to save on contacts, I found WebEyeCare and have been so impressed! They have the BEST prices you’ll find! They’re quick, reliable, and easy to work with! I love that it saves my past orders so all I have to do is reorder, there’s no hassle! I will never switch to any other retailer for my contacts!"

Non existent customer service - Prepare to wait forever and get nothing

"Finally cancelled my order after waiting 2 weeks. Their customer service didn't answer repeated calls during those two weeks, their voicemail said they were closed due to bad weather but I checked and the weather was fine in PA. Finally got through to a customer service guy who claimed they sent me an email to confirm and I didn't respond. A) If I already paid and uploaded my prescription, if you already gave me an order number, why did you need me to call to confirm? B) *Never* got email C) Customer "care" ****. Unless you want to wait around for weeks without receiving anything and unable to get in touch with these clouds, I suggest buying elsewhere."

“Thank you for reviewing your purchase with WebEyeCare. We greatly appreciate your feedback. Our system shows your order was placed for the spherical Biofinity lenses, however the prescription you provided was for Biofinity Toric lenses. You were emailed on March 21st at 9:45am EST that your order was incorrect and we needed your permission to correct the order to match your prescription. You were also advised that you would owe an additional amount as the brand you were prescribed was more expensive than the incorrect brand you placed your order for. The email was sent to the email address you used to place the order. If you did not receive it to your inbox it may have gone to spam. You were sent follow up emails on March 22nd at 10:08am EST, March 24th at 11:11am EST and March 27th at 12:12pm EST. We do show one missed call from you on March 26th at 11:10pm EST. As the office closes at 5pm EST your call would have been returned the following day on the 27th. However as no voicemail was left our processing department did not flag it for a follow up call. In the future we would recommend leaving a voicemail so the customer service team is best able to assist you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thank you!

"Order my contacts online with a very easy. I love that I was able to upload my prescription. I felt the site was Secure and I love the quickness and which my contacts or delivered. I was very pleased to receive an email notifying me of the time and date that my order was shipped. Keeping up customer abreast of the process is very important and it's the main thing that has locked me in as a permanent customer.
