"I placed an order for contacts on 8/8/17 and included information to confirm prescription. The item I ordered and the confirmation from the doctor did not match - after weeks of not receiving my contacts, I contacted WebEyeCare and was informed that the prescription and order did not match. This was the first I was made aware of the conflicting information, I provided confirmation to charge my account over the phone and internet and received notification that item was shipped on 9/5/17 (after a week of providing confirming additional charge). I think that it should be the responsibility of the company to inform me of the conflicting information, considering that they had already charged me for the item. "

Our records indicate that you were emailed on August 11th advising you that the order was different from how it was placed. You were advised again by email on August 28th and by voicemail on August 29th. Once you confirmed it was ok to correct the order on the 29th and resolved the balance owed the order on the 30th it was moved to our shipping department. The order was picked up by UPS on September 1st and is projected to be delivered to you by Tomorrow September 7th. "I ordered a package for my contacts a couple of weeks ago because I heard great reviews about this site. I was satisfied with how easy it was to place an order and I soon later got an confirmation of my purchase. Afterwards after waiting for a little while I have never recieved a message if my package has shipped or if it's still in processing. On my account it used to show if my package was in processing but now it's gone as if I ordered nothing! I also sent an email but never got a response back. Total scam and waste of money and time. "

"I ordered 19 boxes of contact lenses from WebEyeCare. It took almost a month before it arrived and top it off, it was wrong lenses.
It was my fault that I did not carefully check the items ordered so I paid $18.19 to return the lenses on 8/2/17 and requested the replacement lenses. I called to today to check on the status and provided the tracking number. I was told that although it is noted that someone had signed for the receipt of the return box, they could not find it, therefore, I have to track it down through Fedex and figure out where it went. Otherwise, they will not refund $284.05 paid or replace the items. In this age of automation, I can't believe it is this difficult to return and replace. "
