"I searched for Acuvue define and it showed a picture of the natural sparkle which is what i wanted. It showed no other pictures, thus I went to order. I did not notice the small drop down box to pick a color... Why should I pick a color when it was only showing the natural sparkle? I called WebEyeCare to let them know they sent me Define Accent instead of the Natural Sparkle only to be told that they would not do anything for me since I opened the box. I didn't notice it was wrong until I put them on my eyes! UGH! Terrible customer service, false advertising on their product picture. Disappointing to say the least. Won't be using them again."

"Good price and quick shipping but the quality is lacking. The contacts are suppose to last 2 weeks but after as little as IMMEDIATELY to a week they start to be cloudy and blurry. I put a pair in on Monday and they were cloudy/blurry and no amount of contact solution could save them. Also almost all of them after I open the initial pack that is sealed are shaped oddly, not round like a contact usually is. They get flat spots even when soaked in contact solution. I feel like I have wasted my money and time and will have to look elsewhere to make any additional purchases. "
