"Placed an order 3 business days ago because another online website said they didnt have my contacts in stock and wouldnt have them out to me until March 6. Webeyecare said they have in stock and would ship in 24 hours upon prescription verification. Got an email saying it was verified THAT day but here it is 72 hours later and its still in "processing"! Emailed them this morning and an Erica M responded at 9am saying it would ship today and I would get tracking number shortly-um its Monday evening and no tracking number and still says "processing" online. Shouldve kept my order at other place now-it was cheaper too. Not happy."
"Contacts were a good price but then they added on a "processing" fee of $11 and shipping of $13. Really? Many contact websites offer free shipping. I guess that is why their prices were so good because they make it up in the other charges. I will pay closer attention next time especially because my insurance does not cover these charges."
"I ordered my contacts over 10 days ago. Apparently the UPS delivered it to a kwik mart near my house. Went there and the store clerk had no idea what I was talking about. When I contacted Web eye care they told me there is nothing they can do until 10 business days have passed. So here I sit blind as a bat waiting on my contacts. Great fu**cking customer service. Will not see my business again and will hear from me every single day until I am refunded.

After I posted this review magically received a call saying my contacts had been dropped off at the kwik mart. Went and picked up my contacts and they felt very hot, looked in the box and some look a little rough. Will try them out for a few days and update review again. Changing from 1star to 3star because of response after review and price of contacts can't be beat anywhere else. "
