"This website used to be nice in the sense that it actually had a benefit over getting contacts from a place like Walmart. I used to actually be able to choose my brand of contacts. Needless to say it is a bit trivial for them to even still be requesting you to enter your prescription information -- they just call your provider and now even make sure the BRAND is correct. Astigmatism contacts have just been an overpriced gimmick in my own experience, not adding any true benefit over regular contacts. Thanks webeyecare, for ensuring those were the ones I purchased for an EXTRA $40 over regular cost, and then making me wait OVER a WEEK on my OVERNIGHT shipping. Webeyecare was once a hidden gem... now I'll just wait on Walmart every year for my contacts."

Although the inital rep I contacted wasn't able to help speed my order along, I was contacted by phone later in the day by a manager, and he offered to send me part of my order, at no charge, next day air, to tide me over until the rest of my order arrived. True to his word, I received one pack of contacts per eye later the next day at no charge. I am impressed with how the company dealt with my order complaint, and then worked to correct it. "This company is horrible. I received the wrong contacts. Sent it back the next day. I was told by phone that replacements were shipped. Now two weeks later I haven't receive them and when I called again, I was told they were just shipped yesterday. No wonder you sell them cheaper. UNACCEPTABLE service. The person I talked to today said she was sorry but since I didn't get the name of who I talked to and there was no record there was nothing she could do.
