I contacted the Parts Department several times and spoke to the part advisor and stated, As per the billing dept, because a debit card was used and not a credit card, they were going to mail me a check.
I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited an extra week, and as of today No check has been received.
I’m requesting a respond via email or by phone within 48 hours. If no contact is made. It give me no option but report the dealership to the Better Business Bureau, The Consumers Affairs, and the TV News.

Ordered the part that came up, wrong part. 30 percent restocking fee to return plus shipping for return then correct part walkup price. Impossible to figure out how to return, just not easy to deal with. "
