"Like everyone else, they take the order and you can't reach them. They don't respond to email and the listed phone # is disconnected! Don't buy from them!! Yahoo needs to take down their web site and BBB needs to take action. I've been trying to find a way to notify the authority's about them."

Two months went buy and I finally received an e-mail that said my item was shipped. Received the item opened it and it was the wrong item. No return label with the package. "I ordered a bottle opener on 1/8/11 and received a confirmation email a couple days later. When I click on the link to check the status of my order it says that the order is on hold. It also says that it will ship in 1-2 weeks, but my account will not be charged until it ships. My account was charged on 1/10/11 and now almost a month later I still have not received my item. "I ordered a netbook sleeve on 11/30/10 for a christmas present, it is now 12/28/10 and I still do not have it. I did get an email on 12/9/10 saying it would ship in 1 to 2 business weeks. The status on their site says 'on hold', and as of today 12/28/10, I still have not received it. They have not yet charged my card, which I'm thankful for, but I really wanted this very unique STL Cardinals gift. I guess I'll chalk it up to never getting it, and go order my brother something else. :("
"I attempted to contact this company by e-mail and by telephone for a week straight to get the status of my order and did not get a single reply. To my surprise I finally did recieve my order only to find the product did not match the picture of the product that I ordered. I have now spent another week again attempting to contact them for a RMA# to get a refund for the wrong products. They do not reply to e-mails or answer my phone calls. What a crappy way to do business. I hope they go out of business!!!"
"NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I placed an order the end of Sept for an October birthday gift. It said it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks - plenty of time. As the birthday grew close I checked the order and it said it was on hold. I sent an email asking what the hold up was, and when it would be shipped. The company DID NOT reply. Two weeks later I got an email saying some of the order had been shipped. On Nov 24th I received a package with some of the order they said they shipped missing from the package. Because it was Thanksgiving I waited until Monday, Nov 29 to call them (since they don't respond to email). I got the "call back" recording mentioned in other reviews. I want my credit card credited for the missing item in the package that they have been paid for already and to cancel the remaining part of the order. By the way, they charged my credit card a week and a half BEFORE they bothered to send the package according to my statement and the FedEx tracking. Even if you find something on this site you can't find elsewhere DO NOT ORDER IT...they don't have it either. How can they stay in business? The answer is they can't if we all tell everyone we know to never order from this company, I know I will."
"Placed an order online 10/22/2010; received the standard email confirmation; but no email regarding shipment. Continued to send emails; and attempted to call multiple times a day; receiving the recording that they were on the phone with another customer, call back.
Ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Alabama. The response from the company is that they are out of stock of the item, and they cancelled the order.
I would NEVER do business with this place, nor would I recommend doing business with them or any of the other companies under which they do business. One of their names is KYR Productions, also out of Fort Payne, Alabama.
BEWARE of this unscrupulous business. Even if it has been awhile since you had your dealings with them, file a Better Business Bureau complaint.
After they responded to BBB that they were out of stock, I still responded back to BBB that their lack of customer service, never even notifying me that they were out of stock, no response to emails and NOT answering their phone during business hours left much to be desired.

"Ordered a tie - received email confirmation stating that item would ship in 2-3 days. Over a week later have not received shipping notification nor have I received the item. I called today and was told that the item had originally been out of stock and that I should be receiving it sometime in the next "week or so" (I ordered it as a birthday gift and the birthday is tomorrow). When I asked why I wasn't notified that it was out of stock - the customer service representative told me that I "probably should have been emailed". I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order, and I will not be ordering from this company ever again."
"Simple order: two baseball decals. Ordered and paid on 8/22. Never heard confirmation. They don't answer their phone, even during business hours. Haven't responded to two e-mails. Today is 9/13 and no word about decals. Only $22, but I want the decals or my money back. I will never order from them again."
"I placed my order on 7/20/10. Over a week later, they still hadn't shipped my item. I tried calling them...no answer. I tried e-mailing them only to get an auto-reply from them thanking me for my order. I canceled my order on 7/28/10 via e-mail. On 8/13/10, I got an e-mail stating my order had been shipped...after I canceled it!! That same day my credit card was charged. I again e-mailed them (since no one would answer the phone) stating that I canceled the order and wanted a refund. Then, today, 8/17/10, I got yet another e-mail stating my item had been shipped and got a different tracking number! I'm extremely upset with this company and wish I never tried to do business with them. I definitely would NOT recommend this "company" to anyone!"
