"I ordered. Received an email confirmation. WLL required me to call and confirm the order. I did. They said it'll ship later today. My card was charged. One day later, I got an email saying it's on backorder. I called them. All they could tell me that it was on backorder.

They said I can keep it on backorder while holding my money without any idea of lead time. I asked whether they actually had what the Jura in stock when I ordered it. They couldn't tell me. I agreed to a refund (not that they have a choice).

It seems that everything is opaque and no one has a clue what really is going on. Was it in stock? How did the previous person tell me that it will be on the way, then backorder? Shady business who doesn't have their sh t together. "
