"The young woman I spoke to on the phone was nice, friendly and helpful regarding a problem I was having with my Gaggia Titanium. The fix and part she recommended unfortunately did not work out, but that's alright. Trouble shooting over the phone can be difficult. I do feel that Whole Latte Love have let me and other customers down in that they provide no support when a customer has a problem with a product they sold them. I purchased my Gaggia from and paid about $800. But when I call for help they have no in house repair and they cannot provide me with a list of possible repair shops in my area or anywhere in the USA fo the matter. I have called around and nobody knows "Gaggia" and most recommend I just by a new coffee maker. When I tell them the price of this unit they say there sorry they don't work on coffee makers. If your going to sell expensive units, some of their units go for thousands of dollars, then a little service and repair support should be available."
