"I was looking for a good mid priced coffee grinder and tried the largest on-line store in the world with poor results. I then went to another large kitchen supplier, ordered a grinder and when it arrived it did not work. My complaint was answered "send it back using Amazon return system". I did not buy it from Amazon. I did send it as instructed and did receive a credit on my charge card. Strangely they never suggested that I return it for an exchange. I found Whole Latte Love completely by accident as I continued my search and purchased a Capresso grinder. It has been received and works perfectly. Bravo to your customer service dept. who has gone the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

"My interactions with customer service staff were great, but the return policy needs to be changed to differentiate between regular returns and gift returns. Because many different customer service people responded to my emails, some didn't understand that I was returning an item that was a gift, and that I wanted the credit to go to me as opposed to the person who gave me the gift. This caused me to delay the return process for longer than necessary. Once the credit had been applied to my account, I was very satisfied. Customer service staff were friendly and polite throughout."
