I tried for several days, their hours ate VERY limited, 10-5 5 days a week, so when you do get an answer, you are on hold in a queue for at least 30. minutes. The tech was pleasant but I was still unable to chage the gasket on my machine and she could not offer me any service repair places. Thus I am STILL unable to use my espresso machine after 10 days.
The gaskets did arrive promptly, but it did no good because I am unable to install it successfully."
