So much more than I anticipated

"I have written very few reviews over the years. I wanted to make sure I did for Whole Latte Love. I did not know what to expect when I ordered from them. What I found was great products. I love our new expresso machine. I had to make a follow up call with a question that was answered by a kind, knowledgable person. I was made to feel like I was the only customer that mattered in that moment.

From the ordering of the product through delivery and the one phone call, the entire process was seamless. I would recommend this company to everyone. Give it a try, you will be glad you did!

"Second time ordering from them, very quick shipment and delivery. There was a mixup with our order and one of the items was missing so I reached out to customer support and Meaghan had us sorted right away with a replacement delivery in a few days. Love my machine

"I bought my first machine from them 6 years ago but it was time for an upgrade. I knew I could go back to them and be in good hands. After a lengthy call with sales, I was able to get some help to make my decision on such a wide range of machines to choose from. I was able to get exactly what I wanted in my price range. Love this company. They won't steer you wrong. "

Greedy company

"I bought new Gaggia and broke 5 months later. I followed the trouble shooting their tech support instructed then they decided I send back for repair with their instructions and label with FedEx. The parcel was lost! Whole latte love excuse themselves from any accountability. I fought refund for 6 months. FedEx after their investigation offered me some consolation but this company was zero! I spent $950 and they can’t even refund a portion or at least a refurbished even. I did everything under their instructions! Never again to this company! They’re just for sales! "

Terrible Customer Service

"Placed 2 orders, 3 business days later the items hadn't shipped so I emailed customer service, took a few more days for them to reply and magically the order shipped. When SOME of the items arrived I noticed the invoice online said all the items shipped, even though the packing slip didn't have those items on there, but I was charged for all of them. Emailed customer service and waited another few days, for a were sorry these are backorder with no ETA, no mention of that during the ordering process. about this time I realized one of the items I purchased (a water filter pitcher) is junk even though its highly rated on WLL website and their blog, reached out and yes you guessed it a few days later got a reply that its "consumable" and non returnable. Overall this place doesn't care about customers, their customer service has been 0:10, beware of purchasing anything from this company shop elsewhere."

wow, what a nasty customer service!

"The Whole Love Latte is a fraudulent company. I ordered a brand new machine pro 800 last week, but they sent me an open box. The machine doesn’t work. When we opened the machine there was a rubber gasket floating in the box. Now they are refusing to take it back. I will have to ask my layer to intervene and waste more money. All customer service people taking calls are very unprofessional. I should have taken seriously the low rating they have on this website."

Great Company

"All I have to say is that I had an issue and customer service was responsive and pro-active with my situation. Never again

"I received a refurbished or used machine, not a new one that I paid for. I emailed customer service, did not receive a reply for 5 days. On the 5th day, the guy I spoke to on the phone (after being on hold for 2.5 hrs) did not offer to resolve it. He kept insisting that this is a new machine, despite the spent coffee grounds receptacle being covered in coffee grounds and the water line spouting coffee-tainted water. I even provided pictures in the email I sent. I ordered from this company because my friend recommended them. However, she confirmed to me that the machine she received was new, not like what was sent to me. So, no I am not satisfied with the product they sent me and with how the company dealt with this issue. I will never recommend this company to someone else."

Dishonest and unresponsive

"Purchased a Jura ENA 8 for Christmas gift @$1,699. Received in time, but the unit only made three cups of coffee before non operational. After two days, no response from Whole Latte Love service ticket, so I reached out directly to Jura. Found out the unit was a factory refurbished ( news to me), and could have been purchased directly from Jura for $200 less.
Fortunately, Jura has agreed to replace the unit. No support from Whole Latte Love.
Beware of internet snake oil sales. Do your research, this company has a “1” rating for a reason. I hope this helps a future buyer. Go directly to The manufacturers when possible.

Buyer Beware

"Company representative promised a $1699 espresso machine was in stock and would ship before Christmas if I paid for 2-day shipping. Despite receiving a shipping confirmation, the item never shipped because it didn't exist in the company's inventory. The company's dishonest information caused me to spend hundreds of extra dollars to get a machine from another company in time, and Whole Latte Love's terrible customer service team was unwilling to make the situation right. Highly discourage customers from purchasing products through this company."
