"I bought Gaggia Brera and many bags of Lavazza coffee from them via Amazon. The problem was with the first order I tried to place directly with them. It was a small order of 120.00, they were able to charge debit card, the shipping address and billing address were the same but they didn't ship because they were not able to contact me over the phone. I have recommended them and bought from them for many years but with this bad experience I will never buy or recommend them again. Their order confirmation process is ridiculous even for a small order. They waited 2 days to let me know via email that they could not send my order. I had to place order with Cafe Parts and pay overnight shipping to make up for the 2 lost days. Cafe Parts sent order immediately without complications. I have read many negative reviews on Whole Latte Love customer service and warranty problems. DO NOT BUY FROM WHOLE LATTE LOVE unless you want needless problems and wasted time. "

"I bought a refurbished Gaggia Classic from them which looked new when it arrived. Unfortunately the group gasket (portafilter gasket) was way too tight and the portafilter barely fits on. You have to hold the whole machine really tight and it doesn't go on at all when the machine heats up. When I called,I was told that wear and tear on the gasket wasn't covered by the warranty and I should buy a new gasket for $10. The machine came that way and the service guy on the phone said some gaskets are "machined" incorrectly. The machine was refurbished and tested by Whole Latte Love. I've ordered a new gasket but not from them. "
