"I ordered some cleaning supplies online for my espresso machine. Somehow, one of the two items got dropped from my shopping cart and I didn't notice before I finished the order because the web page format didn't fit on the iPad I was using - so the order summary wasn't visible. When I placed a second order for the lost item, I was charged an extra shipping/handling fee. When I called customer service to ask them to collapse the orders and waive the fee, they said all they could do was allow me to cancel both orders (each of which would incur another fee) and place the full order again. They offered to waive one of the cancellation fees, which still would make me pay two fees. Surely there was SOMETHING they could do more than that. And I hope they redesign their web site so iPad users can see their order before paying for it!"
