"It honestly took 18 emails to receive a refund of $8.90 USD. The costume quality was literally so poor - it is basically disposal. Wear once and throw away. Customer service was very slow in response. The refund I received was different to the amount promised. Instead of honouring the amount which was in writing, I received 'sorry for the mis-information that you were given.' Buyer Beware!!!"
"I bought a jacket.. $109... didn’t fit, returned it 2 days later... by their “return service”. I ordered another one in a different size, still didn’t fit and returned it by regular mail hoping it was faster (with tracking) . 2 months later, I have received one credit of $24.50 and I still have not gotten a credit for the other one. So I’m out over $200 because their sizing did not run correct. And I KNOW they received them back in original packaging and never worn. Ridiculous and a rip off! "
"I ordered three costumes and only two were delivered. After several emails and no response and three weeks after delivery was due. I’m still missing the final costume and the party is on Saturday so unlikely to arrive. Incredibly poor customer service. Very disappointing "

Unlike other reviewers I did receive my goods, and they were in good shape. However the size charts were all wrong and then the return fiasco started.
- They never answered their phone, even during their answering message business hours
- They answered an email relatively quickly, but the answer did not address my question. Felt like it was cut and paste from some script.
- They charge $8 to print a return label, and that's deducted from the original amount paid. This seems expensive.
- Their return label system is flaky and makes it impossible to schedule pickup. "
"I ordered $200+ worth of costumes for my 30th birthday.. nice birthday present.. they never arrived. Putting me through stress on the day to get a costume together for my birthday. Several emails later they finally replied pretending they had processed a credit. Which has surprise surprise never arrived.
A fake customer service representative named Albie maintains a credit is going through or they are going to follow up. Avoid, absolute scammers."

"Ordered 10/18 - shipped same day. Should receive 10/23. Order never came. Chatted online (because no one answers the phone) with Lyn. She gives me a USPS tracking number, even though they originally sent me a UPS tracking number that never updated, and tells me UPS delivered the package to USPS and I will receive it soon. Waited around, package never comes. Chat with Jose on 10/26 - gives me the same story and says the tracking works for him and I would receive my items by the end of the day. Few minutes later, he tells me he "highly suggests" I wait 24 hours. Now I'm annoyed but what can I do? I sit around all weekend hoping my kids costumes show up because they're sold out everywhere else. Monday 10/30 - still no costumes. Get online and chat with Jose again who tells me he checked the tracking number again, the same tracking number that, by some miracle, worked for him on Thursday, and it looks like my items NEVER shipped. At this point, I'm positive he knew that on Thursday and Lyn knew that even before then. I'm offered a full refund that will take "3-5 days to process after the 1-2 day approval time" and still no costumes. This company is a scam - there were never any costumes - and the people who work for them are liars. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!!"
"I purchased my product via Walmart. The outfit was too small so I returned, I am still waiting for my refund. I emailed the company several times and received cero response. I also called to find out how to do a return and the customer service representative put my on hold 5 times.

"I found a 50" spider ($14) to use as part of my office's Halloween display and Butterfly Wings ($9.00) to use as part of my costume. I spent extra $$$ to purchase plastic spiders, spider web and other decorations to tie the look I was going for together. When I placed my order on 10/16/17, I was told that my packages (two items, mailed separately!?) would arrive at the earliest on 10/20/17 or at the latest 10/23/17. After not receiving them by 10/23/17, I checked the account I created on WHC's website. It had me as having "purchased no items" so I called the company. When someone finally picked up the phone, I was told a delivery attempt was made on 10/19/17 (earlier than expected). I asked for the tracking numbers but when I called UPS I was told the WHC didn't include my suite number so my packages could not be delivered. Horrible! In short, I've called UPS three times since Monday, October 23rd, to add my suite number -- AGAIN -- only to have just received one of the two packages today. I hope I receive the other package before Halloween or the whole thing -- as well as the $$$ I've spent -- was useless! In the meantime, I've seen the same spider I purchased from WHC being sold for $5.00 (after a 50% discount). I'll be submitting a bad review on UPS, too!!!"
"I ordered costumes for 3 people including for my toddler. They were supposed to arrive at the 22nd. Now it is the 27th. We made a payment for our Halloween party which is held tomorrow. I sent an email, I did not receive any reply. I called a couple of times, no one is picking them up. The tracking number they gave me is wrong. I can'r track at all. I am so frustrated! I feel like I wasted my money and time! Costume cost + Halloween party tickets is over 200 dollars! Even if we receive them later, what are we going to do with the toddler costume!? Cannot be used for next year! We all have the same costumes and my plan was completely ruined. Please please please do not buy anything from there!!!! "
