Pre-order item canceled

"After waiting for a month my pre-ordered item was just canceled. Point of pre-order is to guarantee the item purchased is given to consumer. Could have gone to other company in mean time if I would have known item would be canceled. Extremely unhappy. Was offered empty apologies and 20% discount which I would never use. Bait and switch tactics stating item was a pre-order when in fact it was back ordered they couldn't fulfill. Kept blaming distributer when it's Wholesale Halloweens fault. "

"Right after making my purchase I read the reviews and after spending almost $100 on costumes I was sooo scared I wouldn't get them in time, but they did, all 3 of them. I had no issues with tracking either. My shipment came from wisconsin and made it here in ny in about a week. Thank you wholesale Halloween costumes!"

Horrible customer service!!

"I placed my order September 21st, well before Halloween. I emailed October 4th to check the status and was informed it was on back order and would be sent out October 16th and the shipping information would be emailed to me. I follow up today only to be told my item is still on back order and they do not have an estimate as to when I will receive it. If an item is not in stock, a customer should be informed at given the opportunity to either wait for a restock or not order. Now its two weeks before Halloween and my daughters costume is sold out everywhere. Had I known it was on back order, I would have purchased it at my local disney store while it was still in inventory. I have to break the news to my daughter that she has to pick another costume and HOPE there are good ones to choose from since now its the last minute. This site is extremely misleading and dont realize your poor customer service is letting down CHILDREN. Dont order from here!!!"

"Read bad reviews and was so scared that costumes wouldn't come..especially shipped to Australia. But they came in perfect conditions and 4 days early??? Pretty impressed "

Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Methods

"I entered a coupon code for 10% off and free shipping, however because I didn't choose a shipping method I was charged $27.99 for next day shipping. When I called to inquire I was told shipping was not refunded. So not only was I charged $27.99 for next day shipping, my costumes were 6+ days and 14+ days in arriving. How do you charge someone $27.99 for next day shipping when number 1: I had a free code for shipping and number 2: It wasn't even next day. I ended up returning both costumes and ordering from Amazon and Disney store. Excellent customer service from both of these companies. I will never do business with this company again. The 10% off and bogus free shipping which ended up costing me $27.99 was not worth it. Please check your billing statement carefully and consider paying an extra $5.00 to save yourself the headached, 30 minutes on the phone and being told there's nothing they can do when they are so incredibly wrong!!!!"

"All of these reviews cannot be wrong. My experience with this place definitely felt like I was involved with a bunch of scammers. Different customer service representative responding and replying to inquiries within the same thread. Different answers given to simple questions. Ridiculous refund policies. There are plenty of other places to find these items at a good price. Buy from them. "

If you REALLY need it, buy from somewhere else!

"This company is a joke!
I purchased 2 costumes and everything seemed fine until I didn't receive my order at the informed delivery date (and I paid for faster shipping).
So I called, and they informed me that one 1 costume was shipped and would arrive in 2 days.
Excuse me?
When were they planning on telling me that they didn't have a costume that they actually sold me?
Spoke to 3 reps, they were all terribly sorry, but couln't do anything.
We travel out of the country in 2 days, we have a double birthday party organized, my kids are expecting their costumes and now I can't find the same costume anywhere else.
I should have read the reviews before placing my order.
Couldn't be more frustrated or disappointed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE

"Received 13/14 items ordered. Called IMMEDIATELY upon discovery and was told I would receive a call w/in 12-24 hours and ABSOLUTELY would they overnight the missing item to me, needed for a production this weekend.

24 hours pass

I call again, and after waiting on hold, get a NASTY lady on the phone who informs me that under no circumstance would they overnight THEIR ERRONEOUSLY MISSING ITEM to me, because I didn't initially pay for expedited shipping.....are you kidding me? And that I could expect a call in another 2-3 business days. I JUST NEED MY MISSING ITEM!

24 hour pass.

I emailed my concerns, AGAIN expressing only wanting my item overnighted to me. Received notice that I'd receive a response within 24 hours.

STILL no response. Closing night is tomorrow. We've had to hide that one of the items was missing.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

"Order on 10/17 with a promised received date of 10/21 (paid extra for expedited shipping). Spoke with Paul on 10/21 - he advised to return the order upon receipt. Spoke to Ashley on 10/26 upon receipt of the package and advised her the package is coming back and wanted A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING. She advised me a rep would call me within 12-24 hours. No call was received. Called again and spoke to Angela (supposed supervisor) on 11/3/16. Refund was issued for $119.70 vs the full amount paid of $122.69. Difference of $2.99 was supposed to be issued. Called again and spoke with Jeanine on 11/14/16 regarding $2.99 refund. Gave me an excuse of 10 biz days to refund money. Emailed customer service 11/21, received a response refund was initiated on 11/17 and 5-7 biz days to process. As of 12/6/16 - no refund. Called bank to dispute and process a chargeback to the company. SCAM! STAY FAR, FAR AWAY!"

Worst customer service ever!

"Sent me wrong item, paid to send it back. Didn't pay me for the shipping cost I paid to get it delivered to me and didn't pay me for the money I spent shipping it back. I am short a $100 and still didn't have my costume since they didn't have the size by the time I actually able to get a response. Takes forever to get a response. Just Overall terrible. Thanks :)"

Where is my costume?

"I ordered a Freddy Kruger costume. It was supposed to be delivered on 10/13/16. That day came and it wasn't in the mail. The company said they would ship a replacement costume to be delivered on 10/27/16 or somewhere around there. It didn't come. My mom called them. I think the rep's name was Chris or something. All he did was take my moms email and phone # and then told her that someone would call her the next day. The next day, no call. The day after that, they called and said that it won't arrive before halloween. All I can say is: **** YOU Wholesale Halloween Costumes."

They 100% LIE about their lead times!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FAKE PAPER PUSHERS

"I ordered an Uncle Sam costume from them and paid extra for Expedited Delivery... on the web site when I ordered it October 21st was called out as the guaranteed delivery date. I needed this for a party on the 22nd. Well... it didn't even ship until the 21st!!! I called to see if they could NDA another costume for Sat delivery and they said, "well, I can send your request to our customer service department... and expect a response from them with 24 to 48 hours..." WTF??? They did zero for me... so I had to run around town and buy another one locally. So, when the package finally came, I refused the shipment and sent it back. So... how did they repay me for my time and aggravation??? They charged me a restocking fee AND the shipping!!!! I have processed a fraud claim with my credit card company... and I'm guessing based on the negative reviews... it's not the first claim they have on this BS company. I am confident... that these guys are working out of somebodies basement with ZERO stock on the shelf. They are just ordering from a wholesaler and getting it to you whenever they can. Total joke...."

"1st review ever; however I feel obligated to warn other of this company's complete lack of accountability and lack of effort to correct there error. 1 of 2 costumes arrive. All the representative and the supervisor would not admit there error. They simply stated they will refund you money in 7 days. So, I'm out of a costume, out of money, and forced to hunt and spend double the amount on a costume so I don't ruin Halloween for my two kids. "
