However, this is my experience. I was looking for scholarships for college. One of the scholarships that came up was this company. The contest was to look at their inventory and write a funny caption under it. The winner will receive 500 dollars for school. Obviously a ploy to bring people to their website. Very smart because it worked.

It is Aug, I ordered two costumes. One for myself and another for my son. The money was taken out of my account on the first. A second charge was taken out of my account today. Two charges for the same order.

I called customer service and Jamie had informed me that their system has been doing that. She told me those tickets get sent directly to a department that reviews the order then sends a refund withing 5-7 business days. Seriously, the proof is right there, but because of their mistake, I have to wait at least a week to get the money back that they took without authorization. No discount was offered, nothing but a "I am sorry for your trouble." That is horrible customer service.

Not only was I lured there under false pretenses. I (in a sense) lent them a hundred bucks. If I was to go and borrow money, I would be expected to pay some sort of interest. They took my money without permission and all I get is an "I am sorry."

I am actually going to call my bank and pay the 35 dollar charge to put a stop payment on that money. It will take longer for my bank to authorize the money back into my account, but at least I know I will get some of it back.

Thanks wholesale, I am a disabled vet. Raising four kids on my own. Going to school full time. I was looking to save a little money by ordering from you this holiday. I guess I will continue buy from Walmart in the future. "

"Terrible customer service. Ordered due to a promotion of free shipping. Website defaulted (after I entered code) to expedited shipping for a much larger charge. I changed it back to the free shipping and when I clicked the confirm button it switched it again and placed the order. Chat customer service could not help. Called in and talked to a manager who refused to refund the shipping charge. Even if I cancelled or refused the order I would still be responsible for the shipping. What a joke! Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!"

"This place has horrible customer service. I called to cancel an order that I accidently made twice. The lady on the phone assured me that my order had been cancelled. I also had a lady email me and assure me that it was cancelled. I then received a shipping confirmation for the order! When I called them, they stated they had no record of me cancelling the order. They told me that I could send the order back, and they would cover return shipping fees. Then, I received another email saying that they would not cover my return shipping fees. I called to find out why and the guy told me because the order had been placed two different days. When i called, the reason I had been told it had been cancelled was because there was only one order on my account because I hadnt made the second one yet. What!?!?!? I made the orders the same day, within an hour of each other. All of this so that they don't have to pay return shipping fees for an order that two different people told me was cancelled. I have never written a bad review for a company, but this is the craziest, worst, service I have ever seen."
