"I ordered a costume for my son and when it came it was too small. Since the costume was for his superhero birthday party that weekend I ordered the next size up without returning the first. It came and although it was the correct size on the package the costume itself was a size larger than that, therefore way too big for my son. I called and asked if they could overnight me the correct size and that was a big fat no. I asked if I could drive to their warehouse in Edison and pick up the correct size and that was also a big fat no, for absolutely no reason whatsoever. When I questioned the heroically unhelpful customer service rep as to why, she informed me that they don't have a retail space, just a warehouse. I told her that picking up the order in Edison was an option when I checked out online so I wasn't sure why I couldn't just exchange the size which was THEIR error in the first place. Anyway, this just went on and on and now I will have no costume for my son and will certainly never shop here again."

I ordered a costume off this site, double checked my order, selected 2-day shipping and authorized the transaction. As soon as the confirmation page came up, it had jumped back to economy shipping! I called IMMEDIATELY to let them know what happened, the CR fixed it for me (so he told me). Next day I get an email saying its' still scheduled for delivery date AFTER Halloween! NO!
So I keep calling back, and finally today a Supervisor tells me I can place a new order to have it by tomorrow... I JUST SPENT THE LAST FEW DOLLARS I HAD TO MY NAME TO PLACE THE FIRST ORDER!
NOW MY SON DOESN'T HAVE A COSTUME FOR HALLOWEEN.... WAY TO GO! CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR! NOTTTTT!!!!!
I would have rather gone to another site, such as Party City or Spirit Halloween, and paid a few extra dollars, just to make sure my son had his costume...

" Save yourself the trouble. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have the worst customer service I have EVER experienced! Their employees are trained heartless robots who could care less about their customers. I'm surprised their company is still in business. They need to retrain all their employees on customer service and remind them that the ONLY reason they even have a business is because of their costumers. Without the customer calling in to order these costumes, they wouldn't even have their petty jobs. As a matter of fact, the whole team should be fired and the positions given to people looking for jobs who actually deserve them. "Ordered two costumes. One was delivered as requested. On the other hand, one was delivered in the wrong size and looked as though it had been worn. When I called to have it replaced, the customer service rep was eating as he was speaking to me and sounded half asleep. He assured me he would replace it by the date requested...which was a week ago...have yet to receive it. When I called back, another "customer service" rep told me they have no way to track their shipments ...really?!? DO NOT order from this joke of a company."

"I ordered a pair of gloves I really wanted for my Halloween costume, but was shipped the wrong item. When I contacted customer service, I was told the item I ordered was not available (though it is still listed on the website). I was offered a $5 store credit, which was less than the item price. Umm... No. They finally offered to refund the item price but said they could not refund any of my shipping costs. To be fair, I did order a small $4 item as well, but I would not have ordered if the gloves were not listed on their website. They advertised an item they did not have, and shipped a substitution I did not authorize. It seems reasonable to expect that my shipping costs would be refunded."

I bought a webcaster gun from them and tried it out. I followed the instructions but it was not making many webs and spitting out globs of hot glue. I reported it in the customer service page and returned it to them for a refund. several days later, I received and email saying they would not accept it back as the package was opened. Then a "gentleman" called me to reiterate the same. He was short rude and would not listen to me. Basically called me a liar and said they were sending the webcaster back to me and tough. I informed him that it was the last time I ordered from them. He did not care. So,I hung up."

My daughter wanted a specific costume it was 30 bucks cheaper here than anywhere else but it was back ordered..
They said will ship on 10/10 I ordered it expecting a cancellation email however they shipped it like promised and provided great tracking etc.
