"I ordered custom t-shirts from Whooptees.com and while i did get my order on time, the custom design that i gave them was not scaled-to-fit the different sizes of shirts our order required . What whooptee did was take the smallest shirt in the order and the size of the design on that shirt and applied it to all the shirts in the order so the large, 2xl, and 5xl shirts have a design that is scaled down to the size of the youth small size which is ridiculous. when Elana sent the initial proof, it was modified from my initial placement, to show a small design on a huge shirt, i told her this was wrong and she said the design looks like this because of the way the proof is sent out and it will not look like this and she would have her "artist" edit the proof to fit. she sent it back modified and i said it was fine. how surprising to get the order and it has a super miniature logo on the middle of a chest of a 5x shirt. i called Elana and was told that because of the different sizes of shirts only one screen was printed for all the shirts. When i told her i could have used that information when i told her about my concern about the proof she did not care at all and just shrugged it off with a "well sorry" response. Pretty terrible service."

I did eventually get them, and like them. I would say the sizes run a little large in the style of shirt I ordered (Badger brand athletic shirt). Would use this company again."

"First of all I ordered a shirt paid like $40 bucks for it which isn't bad because I had a lot of color and design. I couldn't find a size chart anywhere I even got on my computer to look thinking that maybe I couldn't see it because I was doing it on my phone. So I guess on the size and it came way to big but I'll take responsibility for that part but the website could be more user friendly. Next was the shirt was blue and you could see the color threw the design making the design very worn and dull looking. And last is the very first time I washed it almost all of the design came off. I've ordered threw shirt magic before and never had this problem with my hoodie I just though I would give whooptee a try and I regret it. That's money and time I will never get back "
"Purchased 5 shirts for my business. After I washed them the outline of where the heat press contacts the shirt started to darken. I thought it would stop after initial wash but it has continued to darken on each. Also, the company logo is peeling after less than 6 months"
