( how the hell do i know who it was ) I gave them the time and date to exact second the transaction was made , the amount of the transaction , the last four digits of my card , the name on my card the transaction id and the visa id . unless i can tell them who ordered it they cant help further , i can assure you this this is all true , they are only concerned in protecting the id of the criminals that use them . you have been warned if you still use them you are either a criminal or a fool ."
"Wiggle aggressively promotes "free" international delivery - with a vague notice that international orders "may be subject to customs/duties charges".
international buyers should be aware that these charges may total an additional 40% of the order .
contacted Wiggle about their deceptive and dishonest policies. no response.

"Terrible, Truly terrible. Customer services will leave you feeling bruised and like you just had a run in with the school bully! Ordered £230 of stuff. Given delivery date. Didn't arrive. Waited 5 days in case it had been held up and then contacted Wiggle (as nobody, including Hermes contacted me in any way). They stated order had been returned to them by Hermes but didn't know where it was and said it would take 4 days to find out from Hermes. They could resend, but of course one thing was now not in stock!
But the worst thing was the extraordinary was I was treated on live chat (no telephone number for wiggle which tells you a lot). I was repeatedly bullied and pressurised into resolving the issue by way of refund, which they then just did automatically. What a waste of my time. I would have been happy with them just resending out my order and throwing in a free roll of bar tape for the considerable inconvenience. "
"Ok when purchasing but horrible service:
- Difficult to get hold of
- Don't follow up or act
Ending in extra expenses for me after ordering item I cannot use (due wrong info on their web-site) - they rejected to clear up their mistake"
"I bought Shimano XT Gear shifter. Order turned up as a jumbled bag of parts with the outer cable missing. I complained to customer services but was told ‘we confirm that sometimes our supplier and manufactures send us the items without the original packaging so this way we can offer the most competitive price when regarding cycling-related items.’ I am reporting this to trading standards as I was expecting boxed parts, not unboxed with items missing.
In some ways it is my own fault! I bought a cycle chain off them last year on express delivery. Wiggle sent wrong part. I had to pay for the return of the wrong item. Wiggle then sent the correct chain sent by snail post once they had received the original part.
No apologies, no refund for postage due to their mistake.

"I purchased a set of Park Tool side cutters and received a chain and a chain locator! A small issue in the grand scheme of things... However customer service is non existent and trying to get a response is impossible as no phone number, online chat not working and email responder says 4-6 days and if not then email again!!
My advice would be to avoid this company as they do not provide anything in terms of customer service. "
"When things go wrong and how customer services deal with it is the measure of a company.
On Trustpilot I see several reviews where people give 5 stars because they delivered an item. Really? I mean that was the original contract. That was the basic minimum they should have done. Read the 1 star reviews to see what happens when things go wrong.
Next day delivery doesn't. They use Hermes of all diabolical couriers to rely on for next day delivery. The item never arrived. Wiggle couldn't care less. Meaningless emails from them that don't help the matter at all. They've got your money and they couldn't care less you've been let down.
They may be cheap and you may get your item, but God help you the day it doesn't arrive. It's seriously just not worth it.

"So this is my situation with this website, Saturday 14 I place an order of 156 pound pair of shoes and pair of Spd cleats with a next day Delivery, on Sunday 15 at 11:18 an update from Hermes, were sorry your parcel has been delayed, from that no more update I can't contact Hermes because apparently is another company made by robot, from Sunday evening wiggle said, no we are not responsible for this, thank you wiggle for leave your customer alone after purchasing something, no more money for this rubbish and ridiculous website, better to put the money inside a rubbish bin, last thing for your CEO sir or lady, instead of running a website go to work as a cleaner for hotels or public toilets I think is better for you, and leave this business to serious people"
"Buyers beware! I purchased a 260 pair of cycling shoes to be delivered to Canada without shipping charges. I was then charged 100 dollars by the delivery company. I accept import, duties, and taxes, but this charge is far beyond that. It's also deceptive, as wiggle indicated 'no shipping fees.' So far, I've been brushed off by wiggle and told to contact the courier. Will update if this changes."
"I ordered a pair of reebok legacy lifters on Friday the 31st of August ready for a competition on Saturday the 8th. I had a confirmation email saying that the shoes would be delivered on or before the 6th August. On 7th August they still had not arrived so I contacted customer services to find out when it would be delivered. I then received in my view a sarcastic email saying due to a mix up they would not be delivered and there might be some alternatives goodies on wiggle that could make up for this. Normally I wouldn’t be to bothered but the fact I needed the shoes for 0800 Saturday for a competition. The annoyance is that they couldn’t be bothered to let me know earlier in the week so that I could source a alternative pair."
"Product was ordered express delivery, and we paid extra for fast delivery. Two days after the guaranteed delivery date and the product still had not arrived. Customer services informed us that they could never have achieved the promised delivery as 'international orders' take a minimum of 4 days and often more - even if we paid for fast delivery. This is fraudulent sales practice and indicates that Wiggle are not a trustworthy company.
Wiggle.de represent themselves as a German company online but are actually UK based - a second point that erodes trust in their brand.
Bad experience. I would not order from Wigglesport again. "
"I ordered a pair of Huub Buoyancy swim shorts from Wiggle on January 3rd 2018 as the neoprene broke on my old pair. Upon cashing out, Wiggle advertises three separate forms of delivery - a) one free of charge but with delivery taking approx. 7 working days, b) one with a small delivery fee but with delivery taking approx. 4 working days, and c) one costly delivery method, but with delivery taking just 2 working days.
My word of advise to anyone ordering from Wiggle is, do not pay any extra for delivery because upping the fee does not mean you will get your parcel any faster. It's just a misleading and untruthful marketing trick.
I chose option two, as I was in a hurry to replace my swim shorts, and was supposed to get my parcel on or before Jan 8th. It's Jan 11th now, and I still don't have it. I've contacted Wiggle customer support today, not to ask when my parcel will arrive (it should arrive later this evening), but to ask them why they market these three forms of sped-up delivery, if paying extra doesn't mean you get the package faster? I got a response from Sophie, saying I wasn't paying for sped-up delivery, but for tracked vs untracked delivery. My reply to this was, why mislead customers with promises of sped-up delivery if it's parcel tracking you're paying for, and Sophies reply to this was: It's just an E.T.A., enjoy the rest of your day.
Buy from Wiggle if you like, but do not pay extra for delivery because doing so will only resort in a one-way experience - you pay more, but get nothing but bad customer support in return. Personally I prefer Bike24."
"Wiggle stated 6 business days delivery and after two weeks they still wont admit that mail is lost"
"Use other online bike stores as this one will not honor its policy if you return a faulty item. I purchased two Schwalbe tyres to replace the same ones on my bike. 10km into the ride the first one one the front wheel failed on the sidewall with the rim cable coming away from the rubber so I had to put my old tyre back on. 150km further riding the rear wheel one failed in the same way in two places. Followed return process. 2wks later no response. Only contact is via email and then they made an excuse they did not receive the tyre. Sent through photos of both tyres and then they said there is something wrong with my wheel and not the tyres. Strange since my old tyres are fine and it happened on both wheels. Requested to speak to someone further up and then there has not been any further responses. Have tried many emails with no response at all. They now have one of my tyres I purchased and will not honor anything. I am a Gold member with them as I have purchased plenty of things and the first time after many years of having to return something due to a fault they will not honor or even communicate with me."
"I tried to return two tyres to wiggle via hermes courier service - wiggle refused to let the courier driver onto there site, saying the vehicle " may not be insured " and that the van was not sign written with a company name - so my tyres are now sat in hermes warehouse - wiggle send tyres out in a 70c x 70c carton which cannot be returned via there free returns service as the carton is too large - the carton would probably be picked up by the same guy who delivered it, so I cannot see the problem - so think twice before you buy any tyres from wiggle "
