A few days later, my order was cancelled and the reason they said was that I cancelled it. I did not cancel it, and I think this is going to be a "finger pointing" exercise between Amazon and Wilson's Leather. I probably won't order from them again. Very disappointed."

if it's non-holiday season, I will let it go. But both order are for family gift, and I end up do some last minute shopping for the damage.

"When I contacted Amazon about a missing order I was told they would contact me within 48 hours. Apparently they canceled the order despite accepting the order 24 hours earlier. Apparently they have no inventory system? No one has called or emailed me so clearly they are not going to deal with customers angry at Wilson's failings. And how can Wilson Leather not keep an item in stock THEY THEMSELVES manufacture*. It reeks of bait and switch - minus the switch - so 'bait and cancel'. They clearly have no consideration for their customers.
