"This is my 2nd time to purchase from Wirefly.com, the first time was almost 3 yrs. ago. I haven't received my second order yet. I'm happy with everything I've encountered with them. My only problem/concern with my order is the Fed Ex shipping. My order was shipped out on the 9th and it has been sitting at the same location since shortly after if was picked up and its been there 3 days now. I don't understand why its been sitting there for so long. I very irritated about this. Other than this concern about the shipping, I very happy with my experiences/purchases with Wirefly.com. "It took 4 orders and 3 days to place this order it it still wasn't right. I couldn't get 2 phones like I wanted. I was told to place another order after I received the first. But here nearly a week later my money for the 2nd phone has yet to be returned to my card. Customer service is a total waste! They know nothing! They kept referring me to the website to do things but couldn't tell me where to go on the site. If customer service can't fix something Wtf can I do from your website after it tells me to call cust service??? I finally get the phone and it is missing items from the box!!!!!!!! 2/23/2012: I was contacted by someone from the main office who reviewed my complaint and worked with me to make it right. He had the accessories I was missing overnight-ed to me and addressed my concerns. I am pleased they took the time out to rectify the situation."
