"The service was great! Had 1 problem, my husband is a car hauler and has to have his phone in use all the time to call car delerships before delivering these vehichles! His new phone was activated before he got home to get his phone and he was unable to perform some task of his job besides keeping in touch with his dispatcher! We had to have hisold phone turned on till he got home then activate the new phone! Could of been a bad situation but all invalved was very understanding!"

"This service was introduced to me by friends at work. I looked into Wirefly simply because I needed a new phone immediately and was absiolutely opposed to paying the ridiculous prices at the stores. "The order process was ok. A little long and a little to pushy on the accessories, after it was obvious I didn't want any. One bad mark was after phone was delivered to my home and I guess Wirefly got confirmaton it was delivered, my original phone was shutoff without any warning!!!!! Forcing you to activate new phone right away. I just happen to be at home at the time, otherwise I could have been anywhere with a phone that wasn't working. That's not how the activation process should go!!! Not a good move. "

"The Good: Very easy ordering process and free two-day shipping, even with a Saturday delivery.
The Bad: The phone had a sticker attached saying that, since I was upgrading my old phone to a new one on the same carrier, I had to call Wirefly Customer Service to activate the phone. There was a document inside the package that said the same thing. I called Customer Service and the menu doesn't offer an option to activate your device, so I opted to speak to a representative. The rep had no idea what I meant by "Activate my phone" and had to put me on hold so she could ask a supervisor. When she came back on, she said something I couldn't really understand about "Since it's Sunday - it was Saturday, by the way - could I please give them 24 hours and then call again?" I tried to clarify and she just repeated the 24-hour thing. Seemed a bit odd to direct me to call customer service when they obviously weren't prepared for those calls.
Thankfully, buried in the paperwork was also a page of instructions on how to activate my phone myself online. They were very easy to follow and worked without any problems. I just wish that they would have just told me to use that paper instead of making me waste the call to customer service.
Conclusion: I would be willing to use Wirefly again because of the ease of finding what I wanted, the great prices they offered, and the fast shipping. However, I don't have confidence that their customer service would be able to help me if I had an issue, especially a technical one. I'm lucky that I was able to resolve the issue myself this time."
"So far I really like the Samsung S2 4G. It is my first smartphone. I got a great price for the phone and no activation fee. It's new in the box as expected. I ordered completely on line. Never spoke to anyone at Wirefly. Phone came in 2 days with free ship. Transferred my number with no problem. Seamless transition. Had issue with wifi calling but called Tmobile and resolved the problem.I would recommend Wirefly to anyone wanting a new phone. Great prices!"
