"I ordered a 250' roll of red oak veneer about noon on Wednesday. 1 hour later I received an email that my order had shipped! I received the order on Friday afternoon. Less than 48 hours from placing the order to receiving it. I did check with home depot and they could ship it to their store (in 10-14 days) for free or they could send it to me (in 10 to 14 days) if I paid shipping. I did pay 9.95 shipping to woodworker express but the total was still about 5 bucks less than HD. I wish every company was as serious about customer service as these guys are! Thank you."
