"I purchase the Rev-A-Shelf Cloud Pullout for my blind corner cabinets. I realized after my order had been shipped that I ordered the wrong size. Consumer service is the reason I am giving a one-star rating. While I made the mistake of measuring wrong, I called to cancel my order before it was delivered and was told it could not be done. I then called the delivery company, and they said only the sender could cancel the shipment. I had to pay 83.45 to ship it back, and my return was less than the cost of the original shipment. So I am out over $100.00 when this company could have canceled the order. I called when it was two days away from delivering. I bought my replacement from a company with better consumer service."
"I placed an order on 12-31-19. I was not notified but found out most of the order for the clamps I purchased were back ordered, only by checking my order on the site. I was NOT notified when ordering that they were back ordered or I would have done business somewhere else. I was forced to order via credit card as it was being shipped as a gift and their site does not allow Paypal to ship anywhere else even though the order specified my son's address as shipping address. The order was received in it's entirety finally today 1-21-20, 3 weeks later. I felt like my credit card was being held hostage while I waited for them to fulfill the order and not knowing how long the clamps would be back ordered. This is the first time ordering from them and surely my last. I contacted them on 3 or 4 occasions by phone and numerous times by email as I waited for them to fulfill the order. I felt like a fool ordering from this company. I've never had an experience like this before, buying online for over 20 years from many many sites. They did answer every call but not every email. I took a chance on them and it turned into a baby sitting nightmare."
"Last night at 6pm, I realized that I was missing critical pieces of hardware to install my kitchen cabinets. I went online, found the items on woodworkerexpress, and ordered them. This morning the package arrived with the ordered hardware before I had finished my morning coffee. Incredible service--thank you!

"Difficult to get a human in customer service.
They will not return emails. Woodworkerexpress.com owes me money for returned merchandise less the return shipping charges. Merchandise ships out of Wisconsin but they had me to IL. I asked when I would get a credit and no return email. I disputed on my credit card when they did not answer my email. Now they sent me to collections after I returned the merchandise. So I paid the bill again and asked for credit less the shipping.I have provided documentation and customer service told me they would check and answer my email. This has not happened after numerous attempts."

I contacted Woodworker Express, expecting to be told I was out of luck. But, they agreed to send me a replacement product free of charge. I communicated with Jason. He is top notch!
