I ordered a Rev Unit, Pie Cut “Lazy Susan.” I needed to replace my existing one (over 30 yrs old) because one of the shelves was cracked. The instructions said, “15 min. Installation.” I spent approximately 5 hours over a 2 day period to get this thing to work! After Installing it SEVERAL times and never being able to get past step #8 of 12 steps in the instructions, I finally decided to try using my 30+ years old metal shaft, which makes the whole thing work and BINGO! Finally worked. The main working component of this device is clearly defective. "
