"Merchandise was not delivered to my home as expected. Merchandise was hard to track. I had to click on submit ticket in order to even track it. When I clicked on track it just a bunch of codes came up. Merchandise was slow to ship to begin with. UPS claimed that they attempted delivery on Sept. 20, which is false. I have been home the entire week day and night. No one has been here period. Now I see my order was delivered to a UPS access point on Argyle Forest Blvd. So now I have to go find this access point to try to pick up my merchandise. Needless, to say I am not happy. This is the first time I have ever had an experience like this. No I will not be placing anymore orders. Customer contact needs improving. Sharon Boyett"

"I have tried other brands, but always come back to Timberland. My only complaint about the Timberland Pro Women's Titan 6" WP Safety Toe is that there is no way I can tie the laces. They are only long enough to reach the top eyelets, but no further. The shoes themselves seem to fit well, but I will have to get new laces before I can actually wear them."

"Long story short.......I ordered soft toe boots, not safety toe, my mistake. I called customer service and talked to Kara. Kara was amazing and needs a pay raise at the very minimum!! She went above and beyond to help me!! I chose to order from you because of the price but I will continue to be a customer because of Kara. If all of your customer service is as helpful as she, do whatever it takes to keep em!!!

"When I purchased my boots no one told me they were a special-order item and when I completed my order it said 7 to 10 days when I paid for postage and did not take the free shipping. I've had to intact to get in took three different times and I feel someone should have been someone with your site should be following up instead of me since I was charged for the boots from day one and I'm still waiting to receive them."
