"Placed on order on 12/18/16 for 2 day delivery prior to Christmas. Wanted the boots delivered before we left for vacation. Checked tracking daily and saw that the boots I purchased were not shipping after the order processed as indicated on the website and would not arrive in time. After contacting customer service and speaking with Victoria Patton I found out that these were not in stock items and were being drop shipped and the DR Marten was behind on shipments. Victoria was very professional and pleasant to talk to even after my initial irritated email to contact customer service. Victoria was able to reroute the shipment to my vacation addresses to arrive only a few days from the expected. It was not the shipping time i paid for so they refunded the 2 day shipping price. Turns our the shipment arrived with 2 day shipping anyway to my vacation address. The boots were Dr. Marten 8761s and were an excellent purchase. "

Sport. Keen shoes fit true to size with plenty or room for my toes. They have breathable panels down the sides. Reebok fit a little big but still room for your toes. Both the Keen and Reebok shoes were comfortable the first time I put them on. I definitely will be ordering both of these brands next time. Plus I have spread the word about them to my co-workers and several have bought them too!"
"I placed an order and waited to receive tracking information or confirmation of shipping. I sent in two online requests for help with no response to follow up. I called and talked to someone who then said they would track down my product and give me a call back with the information. I never received a call back so then called again the next day. I was put on hold while they looked into it again, after waiting several minutes, my phone went to a dial tone. I called back, after waiting on hold, someone answered and immediately went to dial tone again. I called again and waited on hold for 30 minutes before talking with someone who finally had answers. My package had just shipped. JUST SHIPPED! It had already been two weeks. The tracking information they gave me did not match and I couldn't wait for this product anymore. By the time it would arrive it would be after the expected shipping timeline. I am frequently making uniform purchases as required for client job placements but I will never be using this company again. On a positive note, the final time I was able to speak with customer service, they did send me a return shipping label as promised for a full refund. "

Once discovered, a call to the customer service line and I was blown away by the understanding and helpfulness of Working Person's Store representative. She quickly assisted me in reordering the proper size and shipping them out free.I noticed the price had gone up since I ordered the shoes two weeks earlier and was assured the original price would be honored.
