"I started an order for a pair of soccer cleats. I had discount codes for free shipping, a 10% if I signed up for texts and another for 10%. My total before I checked out went from $74.99 to $82...up not down. I called and sw Brad. He put me on hold and said his supervisor told him after I completed the purchase, the deductions would be made. Done...bill was still $82. I called again and sw Ryan. He took off the shipping and was able to take off one of the 10% charges and was going to give me the new total which would not be visible until after midnight. My calculations were about $65. He put me on hold and sw his supervisor. The response was that they would only apply 1 discount even though their website did not indicate that, the code was accepted on the checkout screen AND the previous supervisor and employee said they would all come off. I nicely explained this to him and asked why the codes were accepted and why I was told by another employee and supervisor they would come off. He did not have an answer or offer to transfer me to the alleged supervisor. I told him that if they were not going to honor their word and information from the website...let alone bicker over a 10% charge of about $7, they would force me to cancel the order. He really didn't care or offer to try to make it right. Poor company, uninformed employees and very incorrect website. I would pay more at another store than buy from these people. Beware"

You would think with such a significant increase i price the packaging would be as good if not better than the previous year. Not the case here, in fact there was not packaging at all. A friend of mine recommended this site and I made an order for a few jerseys and small items, some of which are supposed to be Christmas gifts. I qualified for the free international shipping which I expected to take a week or two at most, but the company is now telling me my items wont arrive until well over a month after I made my order. Seriously? How are things being sent from US to Canada taking that long when Ive made other orders from further away and gotten them in a matter of days?? Thats completely inexcusable.

Their customer service has been quick to respond to my emails which is great, but they offer no help whatsoever and one rep basically said I shouldve paid for express shipping which wouldve taken days instead of over a month. How can you justify that much of a difference in shipping times?

Im sick and tired of dealing with this order and want to cancel it completely and get a refund, but WSS is saying its in transit so it cant be cancelled until it gets to me mid January, at which point the gift items are past their point of being needed.

To add further frustration, I called FedEx and they said the tracking number this company does not even exist so Im even further annoyed about where my stuff is and when its coming.

This review site has a high rating for service but if you check out others there are thousands of bad reviews that I wish I wouldve seen before I made my order. Im never buying here again and I wouldnt suggest anyone else does either.

To the company reading my review, all I want is my items delivered to me asap or you can cancel my order or I can take up the matter with my credit card company since this whole situation is getting extremely suspect with this long of a delay in delivery and the non existant tracking number.

"Placed an order with this company on june 18th, after reading the fine print on the confirmation email i noticed expected delivery would be July 2nd that seemed like to long time to wait.so i called back and asked for 2 day shipping, the guy says the shirts are still processing and will get shipped either Mon or Tues. On Wends after not getting any updates and getting a shipment from Kohls that i placed a day later i called back to see what was going on, they tell me my order is ready for shipment but that there's issue with my payment so they can't ship it. This is my first time buying with this company so i used PayPal as payment, I offered to pay with a credit card in order to get them shipped that day. i was told no that if i payed with CC that the order would have to be restarted and the 2-3 day customization wait would apply. i didn't want to wait that time again, they tell me to call my bank and see what's going on. I call my bank and PayPal both tell me everything is good on their end, PayPal tells me that merchant hasn't accepted payment which why the funds haven't been released. Call these people back tell them the issues, they say that they'll take care of it and that I'll receive a follow up email soon. Nothing happends that day the 27th nothing happens on the 29th. I call back on the 30th to see what's going on a new lady tells me that one of the sizes is in back order and has been in back order and that the other 2 customized shirts are still processing so either this new girl is lying to me right now or they have been lying all along. DON'T BUY FROM THESE LIARS!!! Don't do business with companies that will lie to you. If something is on back order let the customer know and then I'll make the decision don't string someone along for over 10 days just to get nothing resolved. DON'T BUY HERE!!!!!

"They sent me a email saying they had a sale on 17/18 jerseys. I was interested in buying a Tottenham Hotspurs jersey. It asked me if I wanted to customize the jersey in which I agreed to. I selected an authentic jersey, added a name, number, and patches. Next I added it to my cart and purchased the customized jersey and agreed that it would take 4 days to customer it.

I was dumfounded when they mailed it the next business day. I contacted them and they responded that they sent me a uncustomized replica jersey that was blank on the back and if I wanted to return it, they would take the shipping cost out of my refund. "
