Was told that the package was lost (they would never supply a tracking number) and they would reship, but that part of my order was now out of stock. Ridiculous! They probably never shipped anything in the first place and that is why they wouldn't give me a tracking number. Cancelled order and told them I expect a full refund within three business days."

According to when I bought it, it was supposed to arrive within 3-7 business days. This quote on my receipt is completely wrong: "We provide the fastest order processing in the industry. In stock items will ship in 24hrs or less." Why not tell me that my item isn't in stock, if that is the case??"
"I ordered a Christiano Ronaldo signed photo from them a week ago. I kept checking to see if they had shipped it to no avail. Then, today, out of the blue, they write me to let me know that they do not have what I ordered..a WEEK LATER! This was to be a Christmas gift. Now, I have nothing. They offered me other photo options, but the photos they offered were rubbish, to be honest. I had considered buying a signed jersey before the photo but the cost was a bit too steep. I asked them if I could get some kind of discount on the jersey if at all possible and I might consider buying that instead. What they did was ignore this email altogether and sent along more photo options...one of them was of Messi. No offense, Messi is amazing, but if I had wanted a Messi photo I would have ordered one. I am disappointed in their not even offering to compensate me in some way for basically making a product available on the website that they could not deliver..and a product that they failed to let me know they did not have for an entire week. Merry Christmas World Soccer Shop...you screwed up mine."
