"I will never buy from this company again. I ordered a customer made jersey for my niece on 12/5, and paid 8.99 for the 3-5 day shipping, knowing that I was leaving town on 12/20. I've been tracking the package and it will now not get her until 12/22 (it shipped on 12/12). Instead of choosing a real FedEx delivery they used FedEx Smartpost which is the cheap (only $2.20, not $8.99 according to the FedEx rep) and slow method (it has already blown well past the 5 business day mark), and it's also not eligible to be redirected to Florida where I'll be meeting my niece for Christmas. So not only will my 10 year old niece not get the present I had made for her but now it will likely sit outside on my porch for the week until I get back. I can't comment on the quality of the product but this company lied and overcharged for their shipping promise. If they would have been honest I would have paid additional for rush delivery. They'll never get my business again. "
