"The worst customer service in history. Spoke to rep (named Paula) on at 2:05pm 11-14 and cancelled order because of size issues. She actually tries to talk me out of canceling, then finally reluctantly agrees to cancel order. On 11-17 I receive email saying they have SHIPPED the order I cancelled and charged my card. Called, rep agreed to issue refund. Call again 11-18, no refund, speak to 3 different reps and the manager who refuses to issue a refund until I return it to them, which will take weeks. Meanwhile I can't buy for my little nephew who just lost his father because they send me an order I don't want, charge me for it, and then won't make good on their mistake. This is not Amazon's or anyone else's approach to their own errors. Rep named Paula, just to top it off, calls me yesterday and leaves completely disingenuous voicemail apologizing if there was " a problem with the order", but stating she thought everything went fine with the call, so in case you think any lesson was learned here, forget it. The only lesson learned is take your business ELSEWHERE!"

"We ordered something that was listed as 'in stock'. The email receipt said "out of stock". Had we known that, we wouldn't have ordered it. At best, this is sloppy inventory management not acceptable in 2014. At worst, a deliberate mis-information to get people to order stuff, thinking it's in stock."

"They quoted me a total cost with shipping, I placed the order and then a couple days later they emailed and said THEY made an error and the shipping would be twice as much! I think THEY should have paid for their mistake, I couldn't exactly tell my son that he couldn't order the shoes he was so excited about because it was too expensive! I was shocked at the bad customer service!!"

"I orignially bought a bunch of items on sale hoping to get a good deal. I understood that the shipping would be a bit as it would be an international shipment. We ordered anyways. To my surprised I received an email a few days later saying that they miscalculated my shipping costs and had to add on another $21. Well the shipping ended up being almost as much at the products. As this was a christmas gift I reluctantly said yes to the additional charges. Not happy as all the costs should have been upfront."
