"I had a back order for a long sleeve Real Madrid jersey. My son wanted the jersey to have Ronaldo's name and number on the jersey. I called customer service to see if that could be added to the order. Customer rep. went to see if that could be done. She told me that the order would have to be canceled and a new order is added. What she didn't know was that I can't make another order because there's more demand for the jersey than jerseys coming in. How could they not know that before advising me to cancel the order? I would not have cancelled the order if I know I can't make a new order. World Soccer receives the jersey from the manufacturer without any custom names and number. The player's name and number kit comes separately. World Soccer puts that on the jersey as needed for orders. Whoever she talked to should have known. Thanks for the great customer service.
After I sent them an email thanking them for the lack of customer service, they said that I could call back to place the order. When I called back, they took the order and credit card information, then the system told them that the order can't be placed. They consulted with the supervisor, who told them to tell me that they are not getting any more of the Real Madrid long sleeve size small. Thanks for the run around World Soccer. Perhaps, your system should have better information available to the people who answer the phone."
