"Placed an order for 4 items and all were said to be in-stock. I selected 2-day shipping. I called in to speak to customer service to inquire about upgrading shipping to next day (which I opted not to in the end) and wasn't informed that one of my items really wasn't in stock. I was told everything would arrive in 2 business days. I then received another order confirmation email a few hours later that excluded my primary item. I called in and they didn't know what happened to the item, it wasn't on the order even though I have an original email confirmation that lists it. Turns out it was really out-of-stock and magically removed from my order without any notification. Customer service was polite but ultimately, I was not satisfied with the way it was handled, that item was the purpose for the whole order and I needed it quickly. I just wasted time ordering it through them when I could've ordered it from another place that had it in stock."
"I will not order from WorldSoccerShop.com again. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks since I placed my order. I called today and they told me that my item just left the warehouse yesterday. This is totally unacceptable. If there is high volume then its the company responsibility to hire more people to get orders out in a timely manner. Also, at my email it says I can click on a link to check on order status. I click and it leads me to my order page but order status is blank. This is also unacceptable. Don't provide a service like that if it does not work. If you want to be a reputable company, these things must be fixed."
