"I ordered a jersey and paid for next day shipping. I understand there is a 2-3 day processing time for a customized jersey and I factored that into my order date. Ordering on a Monday with next day shipping I did not think there would be any issue receiving the item by the weekend, However it is now Friday and my order still has not even shipped. I am extremely frustrated that I paid $33+ for the expedited shipping and it still has not shipped. The express shipping you offer is completely worthless if you can't process your merchandise fast. Why even offer it and rip off your customers? I will not be purchasing from here again."

However, what isnt is the fact that they didnt make that apparent until after my order was already made and that the email they sent me trying to get me to buy their products was titled something to the effect of last chance to get your teams product before the tournament...guess that isnt happening."

The website said it would take a maximum of 10 days for me to get my order (because it's "custom", even though it was a popular item that I picked off their list) but it will be a minimum of 14. I interacted with them politely over Twitter and they were smug and not helpful. I told them that if they didn't lie about how long it takes to ship I would have paid for faster shipping and they said "we are working on updating our message." Very disrespectful as that is another LIE. They treated me like an idiot. I give them $100 and they basically say 'too bad.' You can't give me a gift card or ANYTHING?!?

I feel disrespected. I feel like they swindled me out of my money and they know it. They even had the nerve to unfollow me so that I can't reach them. Maybe WSS should have an adult run their Twitter page.

I will not deal with World Soccer Shop again and I will encourage others to follow suit. This has been a total nightmare."

"I am pretty disappointed. I placed my order 2 days ago, and paid for 2 day shipping, hoping I would get the order in by Friday. Items in my cart claimed to be in stock, however there has been zero movement when I checked on the order. I called this morning and am told that the order won't be shipping out until Friday. I'll get this on Monday or Tuesday. Had I known that nothing would be shipping until Friday, I would have chosen the 1 day shipping. Not happy with this purchasing experience, and will need to wait and see how the product is once it does arrive.

When I asked why it took so long without notice of any kind, especially since I was told it would ship Friday, the answer was that it was custom and i would have known that if I called in order and not placed it on-line. BS. Urge people to go elsewhere."
