Then I called in to customer service, and the gal was nice, but the absolute lack of empathy and lack of an attempt to try and remedy the situation, cost this company a customer for life. I will be returning the shirts and will forever look elsewhere for my soccer gear. Yes, the experience really was this bad unfortunately.

"I ordered a customized USA jersey for World Cup events and paid for rush shipping so I could get it before the World Cup started. World Soccer Shop didn't check it and sent an un-customized jersey because they didn't check the order before shipping it. When I called customer service they said I could send it back snail mail (about 1 and a half weeks) before they could start fixing the issue (customizing it). Fixing the problem could take another week. The you have to wait again to have it shipped again (you may get your jersey a few days before World Cup is over (or maybe not). I would be happy to upgrade my rating if provided with a better fix to an avoidable problem. "

"Terrible customer service! I had ordered a birthday gift for my husband (a soccer jersey) which I customized. When I received the jersey, they completely screwed up and mispelled the name! In the invoice however, they spelled it right. How embarrassing! I called customer service and all I got was a "sorry", and I had to force it out of them to basically give me at least a rush delivery. They didn't even offer me anything, which struck me as bad customer service when it was their fault! Not ordering from here again!"
