"Easy ordering process and I got a great deal on a pair of s5i Klipsch headphones but the after-ordering experience was HORRIBLE! I received no order confirmation email (just a notice from amazon payments), and no response to my emails for days. Finally, I tracked down their C/S people via live chat and then received an email saying they were experiencing problems with Amazon's payment processing (sounded like a lame excuse to pass the blame). Anyway...product finally shipped and I love the earbuds so it turned out ok in the end. I guess for the price and free shipping I shouldn't complain too much!"

"I ordered an item through Amazon from WWS. The very next day, I got an e-mail from them saying that the item was not in stock due to an error between them and Amazon. I dreaded the next few paragraphs, but was pleased to see them make an offer to send me the newer more expensive version of the item for the same price. Most companies I have dealt with in the past would likely have cancelled or backordered it, but WWS realized their mistake and tried to make amends.

They asked me to contact them to let them know how I would like to proceed. I sent an e-mail back to them saying that I would like to continue the transaction with the new item. All of the communications with them were very friendly and professional, and they made me feel like they really care about their customers. I only wish their showroom was local to me as I would go there for anything that they sell before any of the big box stores or probably even shopping online. At least I can shop them online, so I am not at a complete loss.

I do not write reviews often, but I thought their excellent service and prices were well worth mentioning. They have earned my future business without a doubt, and I have already recommended them to several friends and family members. If I am ever in the area of one of their stores, I will stop in and shake the hands of everyone who works there for doing such good business.

"Ira at WWS was extremely helpful and emailed me with an answer to my questions about a home theater system. He followed up with a phone call and was very courteous and friendly. He offered an alternative product when it was discovered that the unit I had originally intended to buy was a discontinued model. He quickly sent me an email with several url links to the product he recommended as an alternative. He was always friendly and placed no pressure on me to make a decision. I was really happy to get him the sale and I would most certainly recommend their store to anyone, thanks so much, Carlos."

"My first shopping experience with World Wide Stereo was excellent, and I plan to bring them my business again. They had a great sale at the beginning of the year which beat any price I could find for the product I bought. Customer service was outstanding, working with me when I decided to make a change to an order that I already placed. They were very easy to get on the phone, and called me back to follow up--the whole time being exceptionally friendly and helpful. Shipping was fast, too. They're great and I only regret not knowing about them before now!"

"Could have provided more information on what the shipping cost included or more importantly what was not included as the final overall shipping cost was $255.00 more than that originally quoted. More shipping options should have been provided so that I knew at the outset what the total shipping cost would be. Apart from that the service was first class, questions were responded to promptly in most instances."

"After several conversations with Ira through their internet sales he gave me the best deal on a Denon 3311CI and Mirage OS3 Cc. I shopped for these units for over a month and Ira gave me the pro's and cons of my purchase. The Denon was on back order but he called me every day to tell me of the status and when it would be shipped. I just got a call today from him and he told me they are being sent to me today. I am now in the process of checking out Blu Ray players. I'll do all my homework and when it comes time World Wide Stereo will be my last call and I am sure that they will beat any price that I give them. Also Take Advantage of any coupon codes. They will also ad a significant savings to any purchase.

"I was refered to WW Stereo by a friend who told me what great products they had and great prices.. since then i got to them first before considering purchasing an electronic device. What i always like about Bob and Ron's WW Stereo.. is that not only the products are amazing and the prices are always top notch.. its their customer service that is amazing.
