"I wanted to order headlights but was not able to due to some issue with shipping them. I did call and spoke with a representative from the "online dept" who was very helpful, it wasn't his fault that the headlights couldn't be shipped. I ended up purchasing from another online parts dealer who was able to ship the headlights w/o any problem.
The customer service was good but the inability to get the parts I wanted shipped was a bummer. So my star ratting is 3 or neutral.

"I contacted the World Toyota Parts Dept to get a wheel cap replacement for my 2020 Toyota Tacoma. The person I spoke with asked for the last 8 digits of my VIN to confirm the part number for the wheel cap. After I placed the order he sent a text with a picture of the wheel cap to make sure it was the right color. He wanted to make sure it matched the color of my factory aluminum wheels before shipping the part. It was the correct color. The part shipped yesterday and I received it today. I had a very good experience with World Toyota on Peachtree Blvd. in Atlanta. "

I received another email while I was there saying my sale had been completed, but the guys at the counter couldn't find my part. 20 minutes later, they said it had to be shipped and I would be notified via email when it's ready for pickup.
I cannot understand why this wasn't explained anywhere on the site or in the invoice email. I wasted an hour and a half driving out to this dealership to basically be told "come back tomorrow.""
