"When I purchased my wristbands from wrist-band.com I was pleased to see that they had a variety of styles of wrist-band. What I DID NOT like at all, was how customer service treated me on the phone. I was confused about my purchase because I over read the fine print of the "buy 100 get 100 free" deal and thought I was getting 125 wristbands. Tried to cancel my order and customer service said "whelp that's not my problem" and hung up on me! Very unprofessional. I disliked that strongly."

The order was placed on April 15 and was shipped within 24 hours on April 16 as you see on tracking link.
It was held by US customs and it is governmental action. It is not our fault.
We did the best we could to rush the order for delivery.

"I haven't received my wristbands yet, but I trust they'll be awesome! The price was great but working around issues with my customizations and the customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!!! They were not helpful at all on the phone and even trying to order them and pay through the phone was difficult! They had such strong accents and were not patient at all! I would ask a questions and they would respond on the other end for 1 minute and I didn't know whether to hang up or not! I hung up a few times and recalled just to get someone new, but they were really not much of an extra help! Emailing my questions and getting a response was much easier than calling! Clean up the customer service and if the wristbands are as sweet as they looked, I'd bump my rating up to 5 stars!"
