"This is the worst company I have ever encountered! Does not even deserve 1 star as far as I am concerned. I ordered 4 floor standing hand sanitizers for my medical offices. The sensors broke after 2 weeks. Its now been 3 months and no resolution. They say they sent 4 new ones out which I never received. All they do is open tickets, go back and forth with numerous staff members but nothing ever gets resolved. Very dissapointing especially during such a critical time as this Corona virus pandemic. They sell products that don't work yet cannot even do the right thing by replacing them. I even sent them videos showing how the products don't work and still nothing. I will never refer or order from this company again!"
"This company is a scam. I ordered disinfectant wipes over one month ago and was told they would be delivered 7/1. I requested tracking info twice, never received it. Then I created a ticket and was promised my items would get delivered, and they then closed my ticket as resolved even without my items getting shipped. I finally had to create a second ticket and threaten to report them as a scam, to which they promised me two more times my items were getting shipped. I had advised I was going to dispute their charge and they finally issued me a refund today. Unbelievable that they have not been shut down, and they should be! I can only imagine the countless people being scammed like they tried to do with me! I have all the screenshots of their responses as proof."
"My digital touchless thermometer that came to 87.99 stopped working after using it for a week. The company says NO REFUNDS. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. Non-existant service and a failure of a company. I guess they will bank on only 1st time purchases because no one ever will shop there again."

"I ordered face masks and hand sanitizer, they took almost a month to ship it despite promising to send within 10 days as advertised and at the time of order. Once Order was placed there is no place on their website to make an inquiry. Chatting online helped but reps gave different reasons for delay, which showed that both were telling lies. Now when the product arrived masks are not one that was shown on the website and hand sanitizer is nothing but rubbing alcohol. It does not have anything and they claim it is 80% but it does not even smell like Alcohol and doubt about the quality. Very bad customer support and bad products. Do Not purchase from them the above two items."
"Wrist-band.com advertised receipt of a no-touch thermometer within 24 hours. I was in desperate need of one when we returned our employees to work following a COVID-19 shutdown, as the local company that was supposed to perform our daily scans dropped the ball and I decided to do the scans myself. I was so happy when I saw this website. The 24-hour guarantee is posted EVERYWHERE on their site. I paid an extra $30.44 in next day shipping charges to be sure it arrived in time, making for a grand total of $120+ for this item. Ridiculously overpriced, but I was desperate and couldn't find these in stock anywhere. Not only did I NOT get the item the next day... it took 9 DAYS for me to get it! This was even after I chatted with them to explain the urgency of my situation. In the meantime, I scrambled locally and found one for $50 which is nearly identical and works great! When I contacted wrist-band.com to get refunded for my shipping charges (the least they could do), they refunded me only $20. When I questioned the amount, they told me "per our website we refund rush shipping charges only on a prorated basis". Unbelievably bad service - I will NEVER place an order from them again. This company is the worst and I want to make sure others avoid the same nightmare I experienced, from beginning to end!"

"Unfortunately I have had the same experience as many others with this company. I ordered 4 boxes of Nitrile gloves with a promised delivery date of 4-17-20 and still have not received them. Every time I contact them by chat or phone I get a runaround about shipping delays or problems with the product coming in from China. In the last week I have been told on the chatline "The order is still not shipped but your order is already packed awaiting to pick up by FedEx." I asked for a refund and was told to email them and I will get a refund. As I have read other reviews on this site I know this will not happen. Stay away from this company. Taking advantage of people during a pandemic is terrible."
