"Paid $25 upcharge to have product delivered in two days to make sure I had the product for a very important school function. Order has not been received and no delivery date has been confirmed. Called deliverer (UPS) to find out where my order is and they said it is sitting in customs and has not been released because the product came from China.
This was not told to me or even any indication that the product was to be shipped from China and would have to go through customs.
Very unhappy with this company who in my eyes deceived me and stole an extra $25 from me knowing that the product had to go through customs and would never have ben delivered to me with the two days that I paid for.
UPS tells me all my complaints have to be addressed with the seller in China, like that's going to happen."
