"First let say that after I order I found another company way cheaper and to make matters worst they send me the wrong product they say it wold glow in the dark but they don't. The glowing thing would've not been important except that I need the wrist-bands for a musical event to identify who pay and who didn't so we need them to glow in the dark to better spot does who didn't pay. Finally the finish and quality of the bands itself is poor. Thank you wrist-bands but we would never order from you again"

"This order was great and timely. However I did have issue trying to upload clip art for my order. I used the live customer support chat but the support person only asked me one or two questions and never came back with any soluntions or comments so after over an hour I decided to place my order without the custom clip art.
I placed an order about a year ago and paid for shipping that promised the order would arrive by a certian date. Unfortuantely the order did not arrive until 2 or 3 weeks after that date and my event I needed the product for was long past and I was left with product that I couldn't move. That was dissappointing.
Shipping this time however was very prompt."

"Rated this a 3 but it is showing up as a 4. Won't let me change it now. Customer Service was really great on one call and just as terrible on the other two calls I made with questions. Wristband totals cannot be for different sizes without paying an addition $40 per size...so for my wedding I need 10 youth and 10 toddler along with the adult sizes and it would have been close to an extra $100 just for those. That's ridiculous. Shipping charges are HIGH as well since the products are coming from China and they are just a middle man. The bracelets are fine. Thin material, should have gotten the lettering colored because you cannot really read it. It serves its purpose but the product is mediocre. We ordered the glow bracelets."
