"The text isn't readable on my bracelets. While ordering the bracelets, there is a preview of what they are suppose to look like with the specific text and color. I was satisfied with what they we're suppose to look like. When I received the bracelets (300) the majority of the texts were muddy and hard to even read. It's a bummer because I intend to sell these and I'm not impressed."

"In December we received an order of 3750 wristbands in which over three quarters of the wristbands were defective. They were either cut so poorly that there were gauges in them or had left over silicone on them, or the ink was smeared all over the wristband.

I filed a complaint and provided photos. They agreed to re-make the order so I had that order of 3750 remade and I put in another order of 3750. When I got the order I had the same results as in December. About 2/3rds of the 7500 wristbands were defective in the same ways (cut poorly or the ink smeared).

Until December, all of our orders were high quality wristbands. I don't know what changed, but if our next order is of the same poor quality as the previous two, we will have to go with another company."
