"I had a slight issue with my transfer. My account had to be verified, so I called the customer service number (with the Spanish option, as I speak better Spanish than I do English). I don't believe I was mean, I gave my agent all the information she asked for. I do suffer from anxiety, so speaking on the phone can be hard, but I gave her all the information - She still talked to me like I was the stupidest person in the world. She was condescending, even after I told her it was my first time using Xoom. It just left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm likely to use Xoom again, but that experience just wasn't the best. My transaction went fine in the end, by the way."

"I have nothing but good things to say about their transaction processing and rates. The user experience is also great. The only reason why i cant rate them 5 is the fact that their referral system is not that great. Referred a friend who transferred the appropriate amount, but on inquiring was told that they did not use the link. There was no other way of registering for Xoom as that person never heard of Xoom. If not for the issues with referral bonus, this would have been a 5 star review without a doubt."
